Famous lavyers.

Hi! Today I going to say you one person that I really admire from laws, Enrique Barros, one of mos important lawyers of the private law (and he be the teacher of my teacher). This Chilean jurist studied in the Universidad de Chile, in Santiago and he Phd in Germany, in the university of Munich; he is specialist in civil law.

Barros has worked and wrote one of the most recongniced books of tort law in our country, this book it’s the principal text of the student in “civil law V”, if you wonder: what would happen if I get a pot with a plant from the 30th floor of that building? He has the answer! (Definitely is the more interesting part of the law career)

Also, the principal reason to admire him, is the “AntiPUC” doctrine, I mean say the not pontifical point of view of the law, the rejection to the “nonexistence” doctrine of nullity. The positivism rules puc!

Finally, I can´t forget say he defend the constitutional accusation to herald beyer, and… he lose.

My farorite song

I don't have a favorite song (?). 

Really, but, nevertheless, having to name one ... Brevemente gente performed and written by Florcita Motuda (Raúl Alarcón Rojas), why? because i listening now that song on a tv commercial, this song was presented at the Viña del Mar Festival 1977, winning the award for best performer.

the song is about feelings of people (including people from the space!) among other things, is characterized by being eccentric, but even in this way being part of the national folklore.

This song has a strange history of its author, the romantic relationship he had with sandy, a Bolivian, thinking about writing.

I dont remember when I, for first time, heard this song, any way, now, a bank is using this song in their TV commercials, and for that i write now about it in this blog.

*I know it's strange not to have a favorite song, I just avoid the (in my opinion) bad music.

My favorite piece of technology

A little extreme?

In this week I go to tell you what if my favorite piece of technology. To me, like a nearsighted (dad fault) is not so difficult select the glasses like my favorite, without them I can see nothing beyond my hands. I got it when I have 13 years old, a very “adorable”  and slim crystal. Now, the nearsighted have come the glasses since a “bottle glasses” isn't very comfortable to use. For that, the doctor recommend use a contact lenses. When I use for first time I took me some time to put in my eyes, crying to much when I failed (yes, it hurts).

Now, I use the contact lenses in the day and an optical when I need to study very late or when I don’t leave of my home.  I lose one time the glasses in the university and was complicated; I had to ask for help to take the bus to my home, but can I survivor whiteout them.

Expectations for a new semester

Hi!

Actually just starting another semester at law school, the third semester specifically. This has a different feeling from last year because the “mechon” classes (like macroeconomy, Law History or the famous and personally hated introduction to Law) now are in the past.  In this semester I have 5 subjects; Civil Law II, Constitutional law II, Trial Law, International Public Law (with a teacher who can die any time) and methodology of legal research. An Extracurricular subjects that am taking is legal narrative and this class, English III.  Also I´m taking a teacher assistantship of Roman law.

I really want in this new academic period don’t lose any subjects and learn interesting things (yes, this career has interesting things). 

My auto Biography:

Hi!, my name is Sergio Fuentealba, I was born on Santiago the 24^th of August of 1994. I have live and studied in Santiago the first 14 years of my life, I studied in “Liceo Metropolitano and the basic school “Carlos Condell”, the two in “Estación Central” municipality. But in 2008, when I moved whit my family (my parents, Hugo and Alejandra, and my sister Daniela) to Cauquenes in the VII region, in the 8^th grade I joined to Antonio Varas High School. In 2012, after the PSU test I get study law into Universidad de Chile. Now I live whit my sister in an apartment in Santiago Centro.

I really Like the pets, I have 4 cats and 2 dogs in Cauquenes, in the past I had birds and rabbits. Also I like to travel, specially to southern Chile, read novels , watch movies or good tv series and listen a very different music.
