Hi! Today I going to say
you one person that I really admire from laws, Enrique Barros, one of mos
important lawyers of the private law (and he be the teacher of my teacher).
This Chilean jurist studied in the Universidad de Chile, in Santiago and he Phd
in Germany, in the university of Munich; he is specialist in civil law.
Barros has worked and wrote
one of the most recongniced books of tort law in our country, this book
it’s the principal text of the student in “civil law V”, if you wonder: what
would happen if I get a pot with a plant from the 30th floor of that building?
He has the answer! (Definitely is the more interesting part of the
law career)
Also, the principal reason to admire him, is the “AntiPUC”
doctrine, I mean say the not pontifical point of view of the law, the rejection
to the “nonexistence” doctrine of nullity. The positivism rules puc!
Finally, I can´t forget say he defend the
constitutional accusation to herald beyer, and… he lose.
Bye!
